Welcome to Iron Mountain Movement

It's hard enough trying to stay active, why do it alone? Founded by Keri Cawthorne in 2004, Iron Mountain Movement has since been designing and leading sell-out running and group fitness programs. We cater to athletes of all levels of fitness, providing safe, educational and motivating classes.

Keri Cawthorne has been involved in the fitness industry for over 16 years, and is a Registered Supervisor of Fitness throughout the BC Parks and Recreation Association. She is a registered group fitness leader and pilates instructor and has contributed articles for Trail Runner, Women's Outdoor World, Runner’s World and Women's Day. Keri spent three years as BC Race Director for the 5 Peaks Trail Running Series, where she coordinated all aspects of the BC Trail Running Series, each race drawing 500 racers plus spectators. Most recently, Keri was awarded an Alumni-Ambassadorship from Lululemon Coquitlam Centre. She attributes her success to loving what she does and believes that fitness should motivate not intimidate.
