Day 14 – 30 Day Sweat Challenge

Today is double cardio Tuesday, it’s all about the legs and lungs, and thank goodness, because my arms are freaking killing me (thanks to my brother and our “over the top” arm wrestle-off on Saturday night)!
It was a 60 minute (plus talk time) golf course/trail run with Conny to start off the day and I will finish the day with an accumulator style spin class (consider that your warning).
How did you sweat today?

Today’s (and yesterday’s) exercise was of a different nature for me. I am starting to purge at work to get ready for our relocation from 5500 sq ft to 1400 sq ft. 3 hours (and still going) of unloading cabinets, packing boxes, lifting said packed boxes and carrying them to storage. Oh ya, while wearing 3 1/2 inch heels (thought you’d like that Gisele
. Enough sitting – back at ‘er I go…….
7 AM Woodlot; double loop of Shotgun with the incredible Connie Hol. Then a full day at the aquarium with the munchkin. Got me some sore feet/legs. Is there no longer an octopus there? I couldn’t find it.
Got in a nice 40 min 7km run this morning before it got too hot, then tonight I finished my day off with a fabulous 60min Flow Yoga class…does it still count if I fell asleep during the last 5 minutes?
I am so impressed with every one’s effort. I did only a 40min run but hope it counts double as I did it in the heat of the day. Jill I am the most impressed with the fact that you are doing it on heels.
40 minute brisk dog walk
45 min Spin class tonight. What a workout, holy accumulator!!
Gym work out with the big un’s 40 mins. Extra power lifting my dad for his Dr’s appointment
. Oh ya and Susa; Jill does “everything” in heels
Everything is better in heels, don’t ya think?
Couldn’t agree more with you Bev!
2hr morning bike trip in Whistler …love all the paved trails.
1/2hr. playing in the pool with my grandson. I was the horse under water while he rode me….what we do for our grandchildren … managed several laps too!
Approx.30 min of easy walking (to bike rental, Whistler village for dinner.
Way to go Jill!
