    Got in a final, and FANTASTIC, 60 min run with the trail clinic
    today…..can’t believe it’s already come to an end.

    70 minute road run and great 90 minute walk (stroll) in White Rock with my hubbie

    55min run along the Poco/Coquitlam trails (from Hyde Creek Centre).
    1hr.40min bike into Poco. It takes approx.30min to bike from my home in Pitt Meadows/dyke, over the PM bridge, along the Poco dyke to Cedar …nice flat, scenic ride!

    A brisk 25 minute dog walk at 6:30am, then a full day of running around with children and hosting my niece’s first birthday! Buckets of sweat! ;)

    Did another at home boot camp with some stair running, hallway sprints and ab work. Ended off with a bit of yoga to stretch.

    Day 18 cleaned and vacuumed; 2 trucks,1 boat, and 1 garage took almost the entire day!
