Day 2 – June 2/10

Welcome to day 2 of the 30-Day Sweat Challenge. Not a big deal for those who did not enter yesterday, there are still 29 days to go. So what is it today, a run in the drizzle, Body Camp, spin class? If you are like me it will be lifestyle activity today!

Day 2 – 60 minute Body Camp (Accumulator) at the studio this morning.
30 min elliptical + 30 min squats, lunges (b/c they are my friend;), and various interpretations of Pilates moves and stretches
Day 2- 21.2km road run in the rain: 10 in 1 (1h50min total wit walks- dont usually do walk breaks when running alone, but with my knee decided it would be best).
– 1hr bootcamp tonight which will be various strength exercises
Squats and lunges will always be there for you!
2 1/2 hours of cleaning house, and yes there was alot of sweat!! lifting couches, cleaning Kids rooms and doing floors!! but its done
One hour of yoga and two hours of moving my daughter AGAIN.
just like Sheena, it was cleaning day. An hour of vacuuming and washing floors again (does it ever end?).
Took a 45 minute spin class.
- 15 minutes elliptical as warm-up on level 15.
- 30 minutes weights + core exercises learned from Keri’s classes. Well worth the money BTW.
- 20 minute outdoor run with a focus on hills.

45 minute run with athletic kids from school training for the Hospital Fund Run. Nice to keep up with 12 year olds
36 minute tempo run.
Day 2: 60min PT class at the rec centre. Lots of arms, squats and Lunges and ofcourse abs.
4 hours of intense very needed cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, rearranging furnature, sweeping, dusting, bathrooms. And the list goes on and on…
pilates on reformer – will feel those muscles tomorrow!
Oops…sorry I entered day 2 in day 1 so here it is again:
30 min on the eliptical follwed by a 5 min cool down then 30 min weight training….shoulders,biscepts,chest & abds
Okay – I’m taking this challenge – hoping to get my butt out and dust off the squat rack and use it at least once over the next 30 days.
Today – pilates on the reformer 30 minutes

Ok, now that I have just finished your class at the L/C (45 min, and yes I did get swety) I now can’t seem to move my arms ………. thanks Keri!
Like I said ….. we Love you but we just don’t lik you in class (and I now like you even less ‘cos you are going rock’n tonight with my man. Very jelous!
Ran for 45 min. then abb work for another 15 min.
50 min run in the morning and Keri’s spin class in the evening
Just noticed I too enetered day 2 on day one so here it is again 45 min along the Westminster Qauy and then 1 hour at FitExpress doing arms (biceps triceps) and abs with my favorite son
I know its late but I didn’t know it counted. Can I add 20 min of lifestyle physical activity?
Spin class 45 minutes – very hot!
Today I did in home pilates for 30 minutes.
