Day 24 – June 24/10

Good morning everyone, welcome to day 24 of the 30-Day Sweat Challenge. Y-ouch, my poor little calves are screaming this morning from Sarah’s step class yesterday!
This morning I will be hitting the trails with Conny for 60 minutes. There was a lot of interest last night at Shannon’s all day birthday bash in others joining us…I am curious to see if there are a few more rockstars among us!!! I will also be doing my last Core Connection class until September at the Leisure Centre today, come on out for a killer mat Pilates class if you dare, muahaha.
Update: no rockstars to report, tisk, tisk ladies.

An hour of abs and arms before a 10 hour workday….
very tardy on getting my workouts noted on this site this week…………………so will get at it today.
30 minute light jog around sub division
45min run, taught my last spin class for the summer, unless I get to sub classes.
. did Keri’s last core connections class on my lunch with a couple other work buddies.. Needed that class to stretch out my hamstrings
Did my pilates dvd with a 15 min relaxation yoga –
2 hour house cleaning walls, floors and doors!! followed by a lovely lunch with hubby..
66 minute run at Correll trail. I was very warm. 2-3 hours gardening.
30 min run this morning, 45 min Core class with Keri at noon, then my last two clients cancelled at work so I came home early, went for a 1 1/2 hour walk, came home and grabbed the dogs and walked for another half an hour. I think Im done for the night!
you would of had a rockstar this morning but Shannon’s daughter threw a wrench into it. I cannot run with K/C too tight
Sweated like crazy today. Started with a 25 minutes vigorous swim followed by an hour and half total clean up of the classroom with my wonderful students. Finally a 35 minutes run with Betty.
90 minutes hot yoga or should I say VERY HOT YOGA!
50 min run, ran out of juice after that.
I like the challenge, I think we sould do a 90 day challenge BUT some how make it a fund raising challenge.

40 min run on the Lower Railway Trail
A 50 minute run followed that with a core connections class at noon. Had a very brisk evening 30 minute
walk with husband. So nice to have the warm day.
65min run this morning.
Keep forgetting to update this website… did 20 mintes pilates on the ball today.
