Day 25 – June 25/10 – TGIF

Friday, Friday, Friday, woo-hoo! It’s day 25 of the 30-Day Sweat Challenge. I would like to say that my arms and legs got beat up from my trail run yesterday with Conny but really they got beat up weeding one of my flower beds…for two freaking hours (lifestyle activity in the sun)…ya think it was a bit overgrown? Have I told you how much I HATE gardening. I like D’s version of gardening so much more, going to the nursery and picking out flowers while drinking a Starbucks!
So today I am going to avoid my garden, will get back to it tomorrow, maybe, I will however be kicking some serious bootie and rocking out at spin class this morning. Hope to see you there.

Sun salutations on a sunny Friday…or at least it started sunny. 1 hr 15 min yoga class definitely got my heart rate up but a good stretch too…
Unfortunately life has gotten in the way since I got home from Hawaii on Saturday. I haven’t done anything but work & I feel like a slug.Congrats to all of you have managed to “sweat” everyday so far in this challenge!!
45min late afternoon walk on the Pitt Meadows dyke with my hubby … hot and sunny! whew!
37min run followed by some bicep curls and tricep exercises with dumbells and some abdominal work. went on the elliptical at lunch..
45 min Hatha Yoga class
Spin Class this morning definitely got the heart rate up
Did chest work with some abs and then a major butt-kicking Spin Class in the morning.
90 min hot yoga
38 min run wih my clinic
Well school is almost out, so mostly paper work and seat work today. Got to enjoy a great Riverside School fairwell at the pub. Only sweating was a brisk 30 minute walk with the dogs.
okay I’ll admit I haven’t sweat except from stress in the past 2 days. Okay June happens…..
hot tub badminton, don’t knock till you try it
1 hour regular badminton too.
Late entry: Cleaned my house, folded laundry, vaccumed and washed the floor and packed boys for camping.
Oops – late again… went to gym with my daughter for 60 min. cardio & weights.
