Day 26 – June 26/10 – Y’ouch, still!

It’s Saturday and day 26 of the 30-Day Sweat Challenge, it is also day 3 of screaming calves for me…wtf?  I am hitting the trails with the gang this morning, I haven’t seen them for a few weeks, so it will be great to catch up.  This is our first ball free weekend in months, so after a well deserved shower it will be lifestyle activity in the yard for the rest of the day, the plan is to have the patio open tonight!

    Hit the trails with Keri and the gang, quite an eventful second half of our run. I hope Jody is home now and feeling better. Ran at least one hour, I really lost track.

    1hr spin class.. wanted to run with you guys but decided to be smart and rest my legs from running, in order for them to be somewhat rested for tomorrow’s half marathon

    I echoe Soraiya’s comment, hard not to run Hayward. Housecleaned this morning and walked for 50 minutes at Ambleside park in North Van before my carb load dinner.

    Hit the rowing machine for 35 minutes this evening. All the best to everyone in the half marathon tomorrow.

    20 minutes of pilates today. 15 minute walk this morning. Had to take it easy today for tomorrows run. :)

    Lifestyle activity today. Bought a new Upholstry steam cleaner so all the upholstered surfaces and area rugs got attacked tonight :)
