The day is not over yet, but it is a lifestyle day – Did some shopping at Coquitlam Centre, laundry and housework.
Definitely got my sweat on at the Scotiabank half marathon.. PB time..
.. Weather was great for it, could have been a lil cooler but no compliants.
Went to a one hour spin class followed by a vigorous 20 minutes swim.
low key Driving range for an hour with Wendy! Golf lessons over the last 4 weeks and driving range works that upper body …now I’m a pro! lol…not!
Walked for 40 minutes amd then worked on few lifestyle activities around home. Congratulations to Soraiya on
her PB time… and to any other half marathoners on their achievements.
Scotia bank half….nuff said. Not quite a PB but definitely a good run!

3 hours of bike riding with the new beach cruisers
Scotiabank 1/2 was an emotional one for me today…for so long I never thought I could do a sub 2. Today I did with a whole second to spare! Mind shift + training + support from you guys + Keri’s leadership + my personal pace bunny = change. Thanks!
Not much happened here today. Tidied up a bit, ran up and down the stairs about 10 times and did a little shopping. But I would say at best it was 20 min. Good job Rae, see you can do it, you just have to believe in your self, and support from people always makes you stronger.
