Day 29 – June 29/10 – No more teachers, no more books

It’s day 29 of the 30-Day Sweat Challenge, it’s also double cardio Tuesday and the last day of school for the kids.  I survived Christine’s step class yesterday morning, my calves feel great (I was a little worried after step class on Wednesday, I hobbled around until Saturday, thanks for the great stretch Christine) and I didn’t steel anyone’s spot!

It’s a run and a spin for me today and some lifestyle activity in the form of retail therapy.

Have a good one.

I find if you pick a spot right in the front you are less likley to get someones spot. 37min on Elliptical, weights for the arms and streching. Now I’m going shopping at Coquitlum centre(that is sure to get my heart racing) and I’m going to try and get on the bike tonight.
