Day 4 – 30 Day Sweat Challenge

Good morning!

59:46 minute trail run this morning (wasn’t going to run past the shady spot to stretch to round it out to an even 60 minutes) with the Summer Trail Running Clinic. Fabulous company, great conversation and just an all around fantastic run.

I would like to give a big shout out to Amanda who officially became a trail runner this morning after having her first fall. Susa and I gave her a 9.5 on technique and a 10 on fierceness! Wear those wounds proudly my friend.

How did you get your sweat on?
