Day 6 – 30 Day Sweat Challenge – Happy BC Day!

Celebrated BC Day with the gang and got in a 10.67km golf course/trail run. Lots of Olympic talk today, hot topics included bodily functions of the Olympic cyclists and bikini lines of the gymnasts. Don’t you wish that you had joined us?

    Such a great time this morning, so glad I joined in :) Never a dull moment with conversation….and the snake sure helped me pick up the speed ;)

    Got in a great 60 min trail run this morning.

    45 brisk walk followed by jumping up and down repreatedly out of my chair (almost spilled my beer) watching the Canadian girls v US soccer match today.

    40 minutes of house work and 30 minutes of yard work. Also, same as Bev with jumping up and down… I think that might count as part of a core work out… ;)

    Painted my sons room today. Then a 30 min walk with my family this evening followed by some squat and abdominal reps.

    I had a mostly rest day with a dog walk and a little gardening….my hubbie is still freaking out from my fainting yesterday!!

    Cycling for approx.95min (to/from the Coquitlam Mall …for a quick shop).
