It’s day 7 of the 30-Day Sweat Challenge. Congratulations to all of the Hospital Fund runners yesterday, lots of fantastic times and PB’s! Today marks the completion of the first week of the challenge. Have a good look at your week so far and see how it measures up with the challenge guidelines; are you missing anything for the week? If you are, balance it out. No cardio for me today, it’s all about muscle and core conditioning, hope to see you at the Lake tonight!
