Day 8 – 30 Day Sweat Challenge

Congratulations sweaters, one week down! So now you have the hang of organizing your workout week, let’s make this week stellar.

I am skipping the cardio today and coaching the Body Campers from the sidelines this morning, but I will be back in the Studio tonight for Pilates with props and will follow it up with some muscle conditioning.

How did you sweat?

Started the morning off with a little fun swim at the pool with my 2 year old….not much swimming on my part, more catching her as she jumps in :) Then had a 45 min TRX class tonight followed up with a 60 min Yin Yoga class. Ahhh, so sleepy now.
