Speed Training Clinic
If you want to run faster, you have to train faster. This 8-week program will focus on the 1.5 mile distance and will utilize guidelines for healthy musculoskeletal fitness norms. In addition to cadence/turnover drills, acceleration glider drills, lap training, this program will also be use variety of strength, power and agility training drills, which are integral to improving speed. This session is suitable for those comfortable with a 60 minute run and who have been running injury free for six months.

Beginner Running Clinic
If you have always wanted to run but have been frustrated by injury, conflicting information or running alone, this is the clinic for you. Starting with progressive run/walk strategy, this program will teach everything you need to safely make running a great part of your life. This program is designed for those comfortable with a brisk 30 minute walk. Reflective running apparel or armbands are required.

Intermediate Running Clinic
So you are running 30 minutes, now what? Give your running a kick-start for 2012 and train for the Golden Ears 10km! This program will incorporate hill training, trail running as well as flat terrain and is designed for those currently comfortable running 30 minutes looking to safely bring their running time up to 60 minutes.
