		<description>Great info Keri.  Shouldn&#039;t be hard to work this into everyday life and hopefully reap the benefits!  Made me think of that little sugar cube that goes into my morning coffee....seems so innocent until I realize I have had 3 cups of coffee - that really adds up in a week.</description>
